☆Special Group Pre-Order and Shipping Information☆

In regards to a major update related to EMS shipping, I've created a new page here.

These are some of the current conditions and potential changes taking effect during the COVID-19 pandemic. If you currently have a pre-order pending or are planning to sign up for an uncoming one, please read through this information:



For Incoming Pre-Orders

  • Orders seem to be arriving on time, but delay is still a possibility, so their actual release/arrival date may be different from what was originally advertised.

  • Because domestic shipping within Japan is still open, trading items will continue to be transferred and collected as normally as possible. Requests are still not guaranteed, but the extra time may allow for a trade to happen later.

  • For people with pending group orders that were open before shipping conditions were changed: I have created a survey to fill out so I can begin to ship items. There are two main options: 

    • Japan Post Surface Mail or Airmail: Cheapest but slowest option. Recommended for small orders with low value, and if you're in no hurry to receive items. So far I've had no issues with surface mail being delivered, so I'd consider this to be a safe option. For USA: Only Surface Mail is available. For other countries: I will check your country to confirm which services are available.

    • Forwarding Service: You sign up for a fowarding service like Tenso, BaggageForward or Blackship, they'll give you a Japanese address which you'll give to me so I can send your items to them. They will then notify you when they receive it, and you can give them instructions on how to send your items. Because of the double shipping process, in the end this is usually the most expensive option. Recommended for if you also buy items from other stores and want everything combined, or if you prefer to have more options such as FedEx and DHL. Note: YOU must sign up for the forwarding service if you choose this option. If you don't already have an account, you can try one of these:

    • If you filled out the survey with instructions for FedEx and haven't updated, PLEASE update this option. I cannot do FedEx myself, so you're left with one of the above choices.

  • For the USA: Starting on October 9th 2020, parcels sent by airmail have been re-permitted; however, this does not include registered or insured mail, meaning tracking can not be included (which is against my policy). Until that changes, my options for you are surface mail, EMS, or the forwarding service option.

  • For Canada: Currently all Japan Post shipping methods--including surface mail--have been suspended. I can hold all current and future orders until further notice or send to a forwarding service.

  • Because items are being held at my residence for a longer time, I may able to combine shipping with orders coming much later in the year. (I may still split the shipment if your order is too large.)

  • If you can't remember what you ordered, you can e-mail me and I can give you the PayPal invoice numbers.


For New Group Pre-Orders

  • Currently there are no changes for signing up--I will still host pre-orders as new promotions are announced.

  • Invoices for cost of goods will still be sent out as normal.

  • The normal shipping options will remain, but note that your preferred option may not be available when it's time to ship. Package forwarding has been added as as an option for new group orders, so that you may include your forwarding service and Japan address for me to send your package. (Tracking will still be included for safety reasons.)

  • If an order starts to get too big, or if storage space becomes limited, I may cut off a group order early.


Other Information

  • Please be careful with your spending! The group orders I host are still a service to the fan community before being a business, so I'm not actively encouraging anyone to spend money. I'll gladly cancel invoices before I've bought anything, but once I order I can't cancel, so please make sure that you can afford it! In the case of an emergency, it's possible I may be able to find a substitute buyer but I can't give a refund until I find one.

  • I don't charge a storage fee and I don't plan to during this pandemic, but if you'd like to leave a tip in your next invoice as a thank you, I'd really appreciate it!

  • Since EMS has been opened for the USA, I'm starting to contact people who have had unshipped orders from early 2020. If I don't receive a response after several attempts, there may be penalties such as late fees added to shipping, cancellations and/or reselling of items (a partial refund will be sent if an item is resold).
