6th Stage Proxy Shopping Service Information



Starting on Friday, May 5th, I will be taking purchase requests for Maji Love Live 6th Stage Merchandise. There is a lot of information and since I would like everything to go as smoothly as possible in terms of money, I ask you to read this page carefully before submitting a request.

Requests should be submitted using the Google form, which is posted at the bottom of this page. Please make sure you read the following before filling out the form. If for some reason the form doesn't work for you, please let me know and we can work out a different method.

☆Basic Information☆


♪ Who is this service for?


This service is for anyone who lives overseas and wants to purchase 6th Stage merchandise. Please do not use this service if you live in Japan and/or are attending the concert.

♪ Is it better to request items from you or wait for the official mail-order service?


While it may be easier to order online after the concert, there are a few disadvantages:

  1. You will still need a proxy service to help you order online and ship to your country.
  2. “Trading” items are completely random. If you request me to buy trading items on your behalf, I can try to trade with other people to get the character(s) you want.
  3. You won’t get the bonus can badges for every 5000 yen you spend, which is only given out for purchases made at one of the sale locations (Sunshine City or MetLife Dome).
  4. You may get the items much later, and it’s uncertain whether all items will be available when the mail-order website opens.
  5. If you’re requesting items through me and you live in the US, you’ll likely be able to avoid paying for international shipping since I’ll be bringing the merchandise back with me on the flight home.

♪ I don’t understand Japanese. When the mail-order service opens, will you be able to order on the website for me?


Because there’s no information about the mail-order service until after May 28th, I haven’t made plans to do a group order yet. If there are enough people who need me to do a group order, I can try. I would recommend using a proxy service like FromJapan to do your own order.


♪ Will I be able to change or cancel my request before the concert?


Please think very carefully about your order before submitting a request and double-check before paying the PayPal invoice! If you MUST make any changes or cancellations, here is the policy:

  • Changes that do not affect the total cost (such as character changes and swapping similar-priced items) can be made without issue, but please submit that change as early as possible.
  • Cancellation BEFORE the invoice is paid: Full cancellation with no penalty
  • Cancellation AFTER the invoice is paid, before May 21st: Refund for full amount for any items cancelled, minus PayPal fees
  • Cancellation AFTER the invoice is paid, after May 21st: Refund for full cost of item minus half of the labor/service fee
  • Please have your order finalized by 12pm noon on Wednesday, May 23rd. All refunds will be calculated and as soon as I can do so, but please allow a few weeks as I'll be busy during my trip.

☆Pre-Payment☆


  • There will be a 10% labor/service fee, partially non-refundable, added to the total amount.
  • Orders will be on a first come, first-serve basis, with people who send requests earlier getting priority. Once you send your request, be prepared to pay the invoice when it is sent!
  • Item prices with the labor/service fee included will be provided on the request form.
  • Please pay in US Dollars (USD).
  • I’m implementing a $10 minimum and $150 maximum (labor/service fee included) per person.
  • For now I aim to fulfill the first $450 worth of requests. I'm really testing the waters on this limit because I don't know how many requests I will get and for how much. I want to fulfill as many requests as possible; however, my ability to purchase depends on how much cash I can have prepared in advance.
  • The pre-payment MUST be made via PayPal by Saturday, May 20th at 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time. I will be paying for the items in cash, so I need to allow a few days for transfers to be made from PayPal to my bank account before I arrive in Japan.
  • Please note that this “Pre-payment” is only for the items themselves; once shopping is done the next payment will be for shipping.


☆Item Requests☆


  • For random items such as the light rings and bangle bracelets: You may request a preference for a certain character, but there is NO guarantee that I can get the character(s) you want. I will try to trade with other people at the concert until I can fulfill your request, but if I can’t, you will have to accept the one that you receive.
  • Trading Items are sold from two groups: "Shining" and "Raging." That means if you want a Reiji can badge and a Eiichi can badge, you must buy at least one badge from each group.
  • There is a chance that items will sell out before I can get to them. There will be several options to choose from when it comes to leftover funds due to sold out items, including refunds, paying a tip (I’m not doing this service for profit so tips to help fund trip expenses are highly appreciated), and putting money towards shipping costs or alternate purchases. If you are being refunded for an item that isn't available, please remember that the 10% labor/service fee is partially non-refundable; I will refund you the cost of the item and half of the fee.
  • Because they are imposing quantity limits, there's a chance that you may not be able to order as many items as you'd like. For example, there's an 11-item limit for light-up rings, so if you want to order 11 and I get a lot of requests from other people, you may not be able to order 11 of them.


☆Shipping☆


There will be two shipping options: Directly from Japan after the concert, or from the US after I return on June 6th.
  • Option 1: You can have your items shipped directly from Japan. This option is cheaper for people who live outside of the United States. For this option, the payment MUST be made by Friday, June 2nd at 11:59pm EST. If you miss this deadline, I will have to ship from the US instead, which may be more expensive depending on the destination.
  • Option 2: You can wait until after June 6th to have your items shipped within the US. This option is better for people who live inside the US, since you'll be able to bypass international shipping costs. For this option, there's no deadline; I will hold your items until you're ready to pay for shipping.
  • Tracking will be provided for all packages.
  • I will not ship until the shipping cost is paid. 


☆Service Summary/Timeline☆


This is an overview of the service procedure. Dates are subject to change:
  • May 5th to 17th: Request period
  • May 12th to 19th: Invoices for pre-payment will be sent
  • May 20th: Deadline for pre-payment (please do not miss this deadline!)
  • May 25th to 28th: Shopping period (the 26th is a confirmed visit; I hope to make a second trip but the date is undecided)
  • May 29th: Order results sent, shipping quotes for direct from Japan orders sent
  • June 2nd: Deadline for "Direct from Japan" shipping payment
  • June 5th: Direct from Japan packages shipped
  • After June 7th: Orders shipping from the US will be processed, refunds will be calculated
